Philip Daniel, film/dance composer and touring artist from Lincoln, Nebraska will be the next WPAA artist in concert. He will do school workshops for students in St. Francis at 10:00 a.m. and Colby at 12:50 p.m. on Thursday, October 16th. The evening of the 16th, he will perform a concert in the Cultural Arts Center in Colby for the general public. The workshops and the concert will be free to all those in attendance thanks to the
support from the Thomas County Community Foundation, the Cheyenne County Community and the Dan Hansen Foundation. Everyone is invited to come join this free evening concert!
